Description
We live next to the meandering and babbling Pringle Creek in Salem, Oregon, a small tributary of the Willamette River. The Pringle Creek shrouding board is made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified Douglas Fir. We work with Sustainable Northwest Wood to ensure we are using local wood that is responsibly sourced from the PNW.
Designed for shroud burials, the Pringle Creek provides simple and strong support, with six comfortable handles and slots through which straps can be wrapped. We assemble the Pringle Creek using wood dominoes (similar to dowels but wider and more precise) and natural hide glue, and can finish with a 100% bio-based natural oil finish (made of Pure Linseed Oil, Tung Oil, Pine Rosin, Beeswax, Pure Citrus Solvent) from Heritage Natural Finishes.
